Green Tea |How to make Green Tea|Helps in Weight loss|Burns Body Fat







There are several health benefits associated with Green tea. It contains polyphenol antioxidants that reduce inflammation in the body, a known trigger of premature aging. Green tea cleanses the body from toxins, aids in digestion heal wounds, improves heart and mental health, regulates body temperature, and provides energy. To Make Green Tea, take a pan add 2 cups of water along with grated ginger. Bring water to a boil. When the water is reduced to 1 cup, remove the pan from flame. Strain the water and pour it in a cup. Place the green tea bag in boiled water. Brew it for 6-8 minutes and remove the teabag. Add lemon and honey and stir it properly. Now tea is ready to drink.

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled water 
1 tsp grated ginger 
1 tsp honey 
2 tsp lemon juice 
1 green tea bag

To Make Green Tea, follow these steps: 

1. In a pan add 2 cups of water along with grated ginger. Bring water to a boil.
2. When the water is reduced to 1 cup, remove the pan from flame.
3. Strain the water and pour it in a cup.
4. Place the green tea bag in boiled water.
5. Brew it for 6-8 minutes and remove the teabag.
6. Add lemon and honey and stir it properly.
7. Now tea is ready to drink.
