Chawal Ki Kheer
Chawal ki kheer or rice kheer is a traditional rice pudding made for most occasions in Indian homes. It is known by various names in different regions of India each having different preparation style. Rice kheer is a popular Indian sweet dessert made with basmati rice, milk, nuts and saffron. It is a rich, creamy dessert which is very easy to prepare and does not required much cooking skills. It can be served hot and chilled. Being filled with nuts and dried fruits, it becomes part of any festive menu and special occasions.

Ingredients:
4 Cups Milk
5 Tablespoons Basmati Rice
½ Cup Sugar
2 Green Cardamoms Crushed
10 Almonds Blanched & Sliced
1 pinch saffron strands (kesar) or 10 to 15 saffron strands
10 chopped or sliced unsalted pistachios (pista)
1 tablespoon golden raisins (kishmish)
To make Chawal ki Kheer follow these steps:
- Bring milk to boil in a cooker. Then add a few saffron strands in the milk.
- Add rice, sugar and cardamoms. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Close cooker.
- Bring to full pressure on medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool it naturally.
- Open cooker.
- Again, place a cooker on the medium heat and add pistachios, kishmish, cook until a creamy consistency is obtained (approximately 2 minutes), stirring constantly.
- Place kheer in a serving bowl. Serve hot or cold.
- Garnished with almonds.

Ingredients:
Soya Chaap (सोया चाप ) – 5 (250 gms)
Curd (दही ) – 1 small bowl
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Other ingredients for Marinating:
Maid (मैदा ) - 1/2 cup (50 gms)
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
Chili flakes (चिली फ्लैक ) - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper(काली मिर्च )- 1/4 tsp
Oregano (ऑरेगैनो) - 1/2 tsp
Soya chunks (सोया चंक ) - 1 cup (100 gms)
Oil (तेल )- for frying

Matar Paneer/Mutter Paneer Recipe
- In a grinder, grind ginger and garlic into a paste.
- Cut paneer into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan for about 3 minutes.
- Fry paneer till it becomes light golden brown. Drain off excess oil leaving ½ cup in a pan.
- Place a pan on high heat.
- Add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add turmeric, chilli, coriander and cumin powders, salt, tomatoes and 1/4 cup whey or water. Cook tomatoes approximately for 5 minutes till it becomes pulpy and oil traces appear over the gravy. Keep on stirring.
- Now add peas. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add remaining whey or water (2½ cups).
- Close the lid of a pan. Cook for 2 min on full heat. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Open pan.
- Add paneer and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder. Stir slowly.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.

Phool Gobhi Pakora | फूलगोभी पकौड़ा | Quick Recipe|
- Add chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, dhaniya powder and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Now coat the boiled gobi with besan for deep fry.
- Heat a pan with oil. When the oil is just hot enough, put coated boiled gobhi in a pan.
- Fry gobhi pakoras till it turn golden.
- Drain gobhi pakoras on a tissue paper.
- Serve gobhi pakora hot with green or red sauces.

Honey to taste शहद स्वाद अनुस्वार
To make Kadha, follow these steps:
1. Take 2-3 cups of water in a pan and boil it.
2. Add basil leaves to the water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Boil the water until it comes down to half.
5. Strain the liquid through a sieve.
6. Now add honey to enhance the taste.
7. A homemade immunity-booster drink is now ready to be consumed.
